For my own personal growth, I keep a "trading journal" of what I feel and learn from the daily charts. My goal is to gradually deepen my understanding of the market as I organize my views on the market.
I want to make trades that have a good reason, without being influenced by intuition or atmosphere. With this in mind, I face the charts with a focus on technical analysis.
